Isolate the Pressure Issue
Turn on cold and hot taps systematically across multiple rooms, including outdoor hose bibbs. Determine if low pressure affects a single faucet, an entire bathroom, or the whole house, and check if it impacts hot water, cold water, or both. This differentiates fixture-specific mineral blockages from main line or water heater issues.

Inspect Main and Fixture Shut-Off Valves

Next, check the angle stop valves under the affected sinks to ensure they are fully open. Partially closed valves restrict flow volume significantly.

Retest pressure at the gauge.
